Terms & Conditions

IN PERSON APPOINTMENTS 

1. Booking Fee

  • A non-refundable Booking Fee of £10.00  is required to secure your appointment.

  • This fee covers the reservation of your time slot. It will be deducted from your final total on the day of your service.

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the Booking Fee has been paid.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 48  hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • If you reschedule within the notice period, your Booking Fee can be transferred to your new date (one time only).

  • If you cancel with less than the required notice, the Booking Fee is forfeited to cover the loss of the time slot.

3. Lateness Policy

  • We offer a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive after this time, we may need to simplify your design or cancel the appointment to avoid overlapping with the next client.

  • If the appointment must be cancelled due to lateness, the Booking Fee will not be refunded.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without any communication ("No-Show"), your Booking Fee will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay 100% of the service cost before booking again.

5. Health & Safety

  • Nail Health: We cannot perform services on nails with suspected fungus, open wounds, or severe infections. If we cannot proceed for these reasons, the Booking Fee remains non-refundable as the time slot was held.

  • Allergies: Please notify us of any known allergies (e.g., HEMA, acrylic monomers, or oils) before the appointment.

6. Service Guarantee & Repairs

  • Quality Guarantee: We offer a 10-day guarantee on our work. If you experience lifting or chipping (not caused by accidental damage) within this window, we will repair it for free.

  • Accidental Damage: Repairs for nails broken due to "life" (e.g., gym accidents, using nails as tools) will be charged  per nail.

7. Salon Environment

  • No Guests: To maintain a clean and focused workspace, please do not bring extra guests, children, or pets to your appointment.

  • Phone Use: Please minimize phone use while at the table to prevent dust or oils from contaminating the nail surface.

1. Sizing and Fit

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for measuring their nails accurately. We offer sizing kits and guides to assist you.

  • No Refunds for Incorrect Sizing: Because sets are made to order, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements if the nails do not fit due to incorrect measuring.

2. Processing and Shipping

  • Processing Time: All sets are handmade. Please allow 6 business days for your order to be created before it is shipped.

  • Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties levied by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once work has begun on your custom set, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

4. Returns and Hygiene

  • Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of the product and for health/hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or the nails have been worn.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.

5. Liability

  • Application/Removal: We provide instructions for safe application and removal. UYILO  is not responsible for any damage to your natural nails caused by improper application, forceable removal, or misuse of nail glue.

  • Lost Packages: Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend choosing a "Tracked" shipping method at checkout for peace of mind.

6. Color Disclaimer

  • Please note that actual colors may vary slightly. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor or smartphone screen has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently.
