Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and cosmetic nature of our products, UYLIO maintains a strict hygiene policy. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

1. Hygiene & Safety 

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. 

2. Sizing Issues

  • The Customer's Responsibility: Customers are responsible for measuring their nails accurately. We highly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit before ordering a full set to ensure a perfect fit.

  • No Refunds for Sizing: We cannot offer refunds or replacements if the nails do not fit due to incorrect measuring.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If there is a mistake on our end, we will make it right!

  • Defective Goods: If a nail arrives chipped or the design is significantly flawed, contact us at uylio@gmail.com within 48 hours

  • Incorrect Order: If you received the wrong set, size, or shape than what you ordered, please keep the nails in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Proof: You must provide clear photos of the items and your order number.

4. Cancellations

  • Custom Sets: Once work has begun on a custom order, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds.
