Processing Time
All press-on nail sets are made to order.
Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be created before it is dispatched.
During busy periods (launches, holidays, or sales), processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to keep you updated!
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location.
UK Orders: Estimated delivery typically ranges from 1–5 working days after dispatch.
International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, UYLIO is not responsible for:
Postal delays
Lost or missing parcels
Damages caused during transit
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact your courier directly with your tracking information first.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returned Parcels
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be required to pay for redelivery.
Customs, Duties & Border Charges
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
UYLIO is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
If a parcel is refused at the border due to unpaid customs fees, the following will apply:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any eligible refund
