Cancellation Policy

BOOKING -A £10 booking fee is required at the time of booking. The booking fee will be deducted from your final balance on the day -All in-person services are non-refundable. I prioritise resolving any concerns you have with my services. - Please add soak-offs to your booking if nails have been on for 4+ weeks with no maintenance. APPOINTMENTS -A 15-minute grace period is provided. After that, the appointment is cancelled and the deposit forfeited -No pets allowed (exceptions for trained guide dogs) -If a service is not booked, there is no guarantee it will be performed . i.e Nail art when a plain set is booked - Any form of abuse or harassment will not be tolerated; this will result in immediate termination of your appointment -Service users are required to be 16 years & older; anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent who will have to give signed consent. CANCELLATION -To cancel or reschedule your appointment, at least 48 hours' notice is required
